    I was wondering I have a older honda atv and also a yamaha dirt bike both without a title or registration that i wanted to bring but I noticed that you site says that all DCNR rules apply? Can i still bring them since your park is not owned/operated by the state? Or do i have to try and get the title/reg?

    First let me thank you for your interest. You can bring both machines to ride. Here is how we make it fair to the ATV riders who do have the state registration. We ask you to purchase a yearly registration pass for the Rock Run Park, it is a $10.00 fee for each non registered machine. All the money from the Rock Run registration is used to better the park and trail systems. Thanks, RR
